Science Scotland promotes the best of Scottish-based research & innovation to audiences at home and abroad. The magazine is published twice a year and distributed to more than 4,000 key individuals and organisations around the world.
Science Scotland aims to showcase cutting-edge content, providing readers with articles of a high intellectual standard and highlight the best of Scottish-based research & innovation across the globe.
Publication of the magazine is currently on hiatus; the most recent edition, published in May 2019, Start-Ups: Unlocking Ambitions focuses on ten of the most promising young start-up companies in Scotland, most of which benefitted from involvement in the RSE Enterprise Fellowship scheme at some stage in their development. This edition was a follow up to Science Scotland 22 Start-Ups: Shaping Scotland’s Future, which similarly featured nine start-up companies.
