Scottish Ministers will shortly appoint a new Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE). The Chair is responsible for extending the reach, impact and profile of RBGE’s work and will be key in shaping RBGE’s future through dynamic leadership of the organisation, building on successes to date and growing a vibrant, leading organisation for the future. RBGE will celebrate its 350th anniversary in 2020 and this will be an immediate focus for the Chair as an opportunity to showcase the organisation’s work and set out its future ambitions.
