New Fellows induction 2026
On Tuesday 19 May, the Royal Society of Edinburgh (RSE), Scotland’s National Academy, held an admission ceremony for its 43 new Fellows from the arts, business, public service, civil society, and academia in Scotland and beyond.
Nominated for their individual excellence in a wide range of fields such as physics, chemistry, informatics, literature, law, social sciences, and business, they joined the 1,800 current Fellows of the RSE.
