Sir Bill Gammell is a businessman who founded Cairn Energy PLC and was Chief Executive from the Company’s initial listing in 1988 until 2011, when he became Non-Executive Chairman. Bill is committed to making a difference to Scottish society and founded Winning Scotland Foundation in 2006 to mobilise efforts to raise aspirations and self-belief amongst young people and their coaches in Scotland. Currently a director of Figured Ltd, Bill works with a small number of clients offering strategic business advice. He is also Chairman of Genius Foods Limited.
