The RSE Fellowship comprises around 1,800 leading experts in the sciences, arts, business, professions and the third and public sectors, with links to Scotland. This range of expertise within the Fellowship places us in a unique position to provide an informed, interdisciplinary response to issues facing Scotland and internationally.

Professor Wenxuan Hou
Professor and Chair in Corporate Finance, University of Edinburgh
Professor Wenxuan Hou is Chair in Corporate Finance at the University of Edinburgh Business School. He serves as a joint-editor of the British Accounting Review and was elected as a Member of the Academia Europaea (MAE). His research covers cultural and institutional determinants of investor protection and financial development.
