Professor Mary Renfrew
Professor of Mother and Infant Health, University of Dundee
Professor Mary Renfrew is a leading health researcher, with a clinical background in midwifery and nursing. She has spent over 30 years researching infant feeding, nutrition and maternity care, which has influenced policy, practice and public understanding across the UK and internationally. Mary has advised government departments and global organisations including the WHO and UNICEF and is currently the Lead Advisor for The Nursing and Midwifery Council. She was previously a Professor at the Universities of York and Leeds and a past board member of UNICEF UK.
