Professor Kirsty Gunn
Research Professor, University of Dundee
Kirsty Gunn is the author of nine works of fiction including, most recently, a collection of short stories, along with forthcoming editions of selected letters and essays. Her work has been translated in over twelve countries, made into films, dance and radio productions and is the recipient of a number of international awards and prizes.
She is Research Professor at the University of Dundee, Fellow of the Royal Literary Society and Royal Literary Fellow at Brasenose College, Oxford. She co-directs the Scottish Research Centre, Imagined Spaces, and WordPath Scotland, an online creative writing programme.
