Professor Graham Wren
Special Advisor to the Principal and Director of Major Projects, University of Strathclyde
Graham has over 40 years of advanced Science and Technology business and public sector experience, serving on over 30 company and research centre boards. He has represented the UKG to the OECD and NEA, given evidence to select committees and has sat on various government committees including the Scottish Science Advisory Committee. In the University of Strathclyde Graham has overseen a number of ambitious projects where the University is engaging with industry to produce innovative technology in areas as diverse as renewable energy, aerospace, nuclear and pharmaceutical manufacturing – including the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland and the Technology and Innovation Centre in Glasgow. He is also a Professor at the University of Technology in Australia.
