Fellowship

Professor Gilbert is Professor of Radiology and Head of Department at the University of Cambridge. Her clinical expertise is in breast imaging. She is President of the European Society of Breast Imaging and Chair of the breast committee of Radiological Society of North America. She undertakes research in new imaging technologies and assesses their impact on patient outcomes. She is currently assessing Artificial Intelligence algorithms to assess their impact on workflow and health outcomes. She supports equality and diversity initiatives, the Arts and is vice Chair of the Beatson Cancer Charity.
