Professor Peifeng Li obtained his doctoral degree at medicine. He worked at the Max-Delbruck-Center for Molecular Medicine, Germany. Currently he is a distinguished professor at the University of Qingdao, China. Cardiovascular diseases and cancers are the first leading cause of mortality. His research focuses on the molecular regulation of cardiovascular diseases and cancers. He is interested in deciphering the role of non-coding RNAs in myocardial infarction and heart failure.
