Fellowship

Professor Bob Tooze is a Chemist who has worked in the European Chemical Industry for nearly 30 years. His area of expertise is catalysis and he has been intimately involved with two “first of a kind” chemical processes taken from discovery to exploitation at the global scale. He has been Managing Director of Sasol Technology UK Ltd since 2004 and has previously sat on the Scottish Science Advisory Council. Bob holds an Honorary Chair in Chemistry at the University of St Andrews and is actively involved in their teaching programme.
