Judy has experience and expertise in strengthening Boards and senior management teams of predominantly, but not exclusively, Scottish based businesses, by attracting talent locally, nationally and internationally. She has also developed and run Executive Education programmes for both Executives and Non-Executives to drive capability and learning with a view to ensuring growth and success of individuals and organisations. A particular interest is the development and success of women and she produced and ran a programme focused on women entering the boardroom which has culminated in a strong vibrant network of over 220 women covering all sectors and functions of the Scottish economy.
