Graham Leicester is Director of International Futures Forum, an organisation he helped to establish in Scotland in 2001 to restore the capacity for effective and responsible action in a complex world. IFF now sits at the heart of a wide international network of persons “making a difference in the face of all that stands in the way of making a difference”, mostly in the public, government, social and community sectors. Graham’s interests include education – developing 21st century competencies; governance – organising for legitimacy, integrity and future-conscious action; and transformative innovation – otherwise known as practical hope.
