Currently Chairman of Hili Ventures , one of Malta’s largest privately owned companies. A diversified investment Group with interests spanning marine engineering services , property and retail and operating in 11 countries across Europe. Retired from from Babcock International Group in March 2021 following a career spanning 45 years in Oil and Gas, Economic Development, Defence, Aviation and Nuclear Engineering and operating in multiple international markets. Graduate of the University of Strathclyde (BSc,MBA,DSc hc) Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, awarded OBE (1996), CBE(2008) for services to Enterprise and Business.
