Dr Siobhan Jordan

Siobhán founded the Interface programme in 2005, implementing the vision of a central point of access for matching business challenges to world-leading research in Scottish Universities and Colleges.
She holds degrees in Biotechnology and Process Engineering from Dublin City University and a PhD in human genetics from Trinity College, Dublin. She established herself as a research leader in cellular biology and pigmentation before embarking on a career in enterprise, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Her particular areas of expertise are in the development and management of impactful programmes enhancing innovation in industry, the commercialisation of academic research, leadership and strategic development for policy and practice. She is also passionate about supporting emerging leaders in an ever-changing world and is a visiting facilitator at The Leadership Trust.
