The RSE Fellowship comprises around 1,800 leading experts in the sciences, arts, business, professions and the third and public sectors, with links to Scotland. This range of expertise within the Fellowship places us in a unique position to provide an informed, interdisciplinary response to issues facing Scotland and internationally.

Our Fellows from academia, business and public service are among the most distinguished in their fields. We engage and connect nationally and internationally to share knowledge and tackle the most pressing challenges of the modern world.

Dr Lena Wilson
Non-Executive Director, The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc
Lena has had a global career in economic development and in the private sector across a range of industries . She was CEO of Scottish Enterprise for 8 years and CEO of Scottish Development International for 4 years. Lena now has a varied portfolio of Chair and Non-Executive roles, small company investment, advisory and is an active Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde .
