Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia
Tate Gallery
Having trained as a Chartered Accountant, Jayne-Anne Gadhia became CEO of Virgin Money in 2007, which successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2014. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and was privileged to be asked to carry out an independent review for HM Treasury into the representation of women at senior levels in financial services. This was published in 2016 and led to the creation of the Women in Finance Charter – a commitment by signatory firms to build a more balanced workforce. A committed supporter of The Prince’s Charities, Jayne-Anne was honoured to be appointed as Chair of Dumfries House in 2017. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and daughter.
