Professor Christina Boswell is Professor of Politics at the University of Edinburgh, where she serves as Director of Research for the School of Social and Political Science. She is co-founder of the Centre for Science, Knowledge and Policy (SKAPE). Christina’s research focuses on immigration policy and knowledge-policy relations. Her books include The Political Uses of Expert Knowledge (CUP, 2009) and Manufacturing Political Trust (CUP, 2017). She has served as consultant to the UNHCR, UN Global Commission on International Migration, OECD, European Commission, European Parliament, British Foreign Office, and Scottish Government.
