The Holberg Prize is an international prize awarded for outstanding contributions to research in the arts and humanities, social sciences, law and theology. The Prize amount is NOK 6 000,000 (approximately €760,000).
The Holberg Board now welcome nominations for the 2020 Prize, and Fellows are encouraged to consider possible nominees. The nomination deadline is 15 June 2019. The nomination form and further detail can be found here.
